james K (Jamie Krasner) is a New York-based visual artist, producer and vocalist whose work drifts between experimental pop, industrial-tinged electronics and fragmented club soundscapes. Since emerging in 2013, she has moved fluidly through shifting online personas and cyberpunk-tinged visuals that read like post-internet diary entries. Equally at home in clubs and art spaces, her dreamlike sets and performances have appeared at venues and festivals including Dekmantel, Sustain Release, Mutek, iii Points and Nowadays.
