Ágoston Nagy (HU) - L1NK

Ágoston Nagy is a media artist whose work explores the borderlands between algorithmic systems and intuitive thinking. Alongside code-based audiovisual works, he creates physical installations and plotter drawings; his works have been presented at institutions including MIT, ZKM Karlsruhe, EXPANDED.ART Gallery, the Finnish National Gallery and the Ludwig Museum. L1NK is an audiovisual installation exploring the combinatorial possibilities of space, memory and sound generation. Its custom-built modules create algorithmic patterns of light and sound, linking pixels, movements and sonic events into a networked, synchronised structure.
