What exactly should we expect this year?

In 2025, we’re returning to the power plant – bigger, longer, stronger. The past few years have already shown what this space is capable of.

In 2023, we held the very first large-scale INOTA Festival – an explosive collision of contemporary art, light, electronic music, and industrial heritage. That was the moment when the spirit of the place came back to life.

In 2024, we focused: → INOTA Focus: TURBINE HALL – in July, we opened the country’s largest unofficial techno club for two days, where industrial monumentality and dark beats ruled. → INOTA Focus: RADIANCE – in autumn, the space of the power plant transformed into a vast walkable light art installation, while the soundscape ranged from cosmic ambient to contemporary techno.

And now, we’re rebooting the system. The 2025 season doesn’t just continue – it surpasses everything that came before: new lights, new sounds, new dimensions.

When does the party start, how long will it last and where will it be?

The power plant site opens at 14:00 on Thursday, August 28, and the Liget Stage kicks off at 16:00. From then until Sunday at 12:00, different areas of the power plant will join the cycle.

Will there be a campsite?

Yes, this year you'll once again be able to camp in a designated area. Entry will require a camping ticket.If you'd rather not bring your own tent, we’ve got you covered with a few pre-installed options – you can even rest in an air-conditioned Igloo or a Power Pad cabin.

Will there be buses? 

Yes! A shuttle service will once again run between Várpalota train station and the power plant, timed to the train schedule. There will also be direct INOTA Buses from Budapest. More details coming soon.

Can I bring in food and drinks?

You can bring in one water and one portion of food, otherwise there will be super gastro spots in the area.

Can I bring my dog?

Only service animals permitted by law – such as guide dogs, assistance dogs, and police dogs – are allowed on the festival grounds. Other pets are not permitted.

Will there be lockers / storages on site?

Yes, there will be lockers. And merch too!

What will happen on Sunday?

The speakers will go silent on Sunday, and we’ll be closing the gates at noon.

I'm a musician / DJ and I'd like to apply to be a performer, is that an option?

Our booking team is working to a pre-defined concept and the lineup is already set, so no applications is accepted. However, you can send us an introduction at @email for future events!
