It is of the utmost importance that your arrival and return to the festival is as comfortable and smooth as possible. For our summer closing RADIANCE event, you can arrive at the plant using the following options:
You can buy tickets for our Focus Bus that runs from Déli railway station (starting point) to the entrance of the power plant exclusively online and in advance here for 7000 HUF. It runs there and back.

By train it takes only 1 hour from Budapest to get to Várpalota, on the outskirts of which the power plant is located. When you arrive, our SHUTTLE bus can take you to the power station. (Please do not attempt to walk from the station, as it is life-threatening next to the motorway!)

If you are coming by train, you can take our SHUTTLE shuttle bus from Várpalota railway station to the power plant. The SHUTTLE bus departures are of course timed to train arrivals / departures. You can buy tickets for this only online and advance here for 1700 HUF.
If you would like to arrive with your friends on a special shuttle bus and there is a maximum of eight of you, you can order one from Deák Square in Budapest to the power plant for a fixed price of 80,000 HUF here.
If you are willing to take the county bus, you can also get to the site in a little over an hour, but from the 'Alumínium factory entrance road' stop (in Hungarian: Alumíniumkohó bejárati út) you have to walk another 6-8 minutes to the power plant. You'll know the way, as you can see the cooling towers from there! Schedules here.
If you are arriving by car, you can park in the grassy area next to the INOTAL building (HERE) with a parking ticket for 1500 HUF, which gives you access once a day. Parking tickets here.
From here you can walk to the entrance of the power plant in 6 minutes.
